What we do
We professionally act as trustee, co-trustee, and protector in relation to assets consisting of cash/financial instruments, real estate, shareholdings, other registered movable assets, works of art, etc., located in Italy and abroad, with the objective of safeguarding the interests of the designated beneficiaries in accordance with the provisions of the trust deed, while ensuring settlors and beneficiaries a professional, transparent, and impartial management.
Thanks to the multidisciplinary experience of our team of professionals, we position ourselves as a single point of contact capable of interfacing with the various advisors and professionals acting in the client’s interest, providing all the services necessary to properly establish and administer a trust and managing the various stages of its lifecycle in a simple, technically sound manner and in full compliance with applicable regulations.
Trustee services are offered both in relation to newly established trusts and to trusts already in operation, in Italy and abroad.
In the latter case, the company handles all the necessary formalities for the transfer of trust assets from the previous trustee and for the relocation of the foreign trust’s tax residence to Italy.
As a professional trustee, we directly administer trust assets through precise and detailed governance, which always entails a collegial decision by the board of directors of the trust company, composed of at least three members. We manage accounting records, prepare the annual financial report, tax returns, and all other obligations required by the role.
